At Heavenly Lingerie we work intimately with our lingerie designers to bring you excellence in quality and design. We promise that if your garment differs in any way from the fabric, style or size that you ordered, then you can have an exchange or your money back.
All made to measure and made to order lingerie and jewellery cannot be returned, so please order carefully to avoid disappointment. We can only alter Diki or Jane Woolrich garments to make them smaller, but the designers cannot make them larger. All other made to measure or made to order items cannot be altered. If there is a manufacturing fault we will need to return the lingerie or nightwear to the designer for repair or to have the item re-made. Customers will not be entitled to a refund

Payment & Security
All prices are given in, and must be paid in, UK pounds sterling (£). Upon receipt of your order, your account will be debited for the full amount. "TLC" will appear on your credit card statement.
Online Payment: We accept payment by Maestro, MasterCard and Visa. We use Worldpay to process safely and encrypt your credit card payment details, using the most sophisticated online trading system available. Please click here to view Worldpay's Security Statement. All personal details are protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Heavenly Lingerie do not have access to, or see any of your financial information. You can tell that the pages are secure because the address in the Address bar changes from being http:// to https://. You should also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser. Customers can pay by cheque or postal order. Never send cash through the post.

- In stock items will be dispatched by the next working day. Made to order, made to measure and designs that we order directly from the designers will be dispatched within the timescale that is shown on the product information.
- When your order is shipped you will receive an email letting you know that the order has been sent. The timescales for delivery are indicated below -
U.K. Standard Delivery £3.95 - Delivery 2-5 working days from dispatch
U.K. Next Day Delivery £6.95 - Delivery within 24 hours (orders must be made by 2pm)
U.K. Next Day Saturday Delivery £10.95 - Delivery within 24 hours (orders must be made by 2pm Friday)
U.K. Specific Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) £7.95 – Delivery by 1pm
U.K. Specific Day Delivery (Saturday) £11.95 – Delivery by 1pm
EUROPE = International delivery £9.95 - delivery 3-8 working days from dispatch
REST OF WORLD = International delivery £11.95 - delivery 7-15 working days from dispatch
Courier £30 – delivery 2-4 working days from dispatch
- All deliveries have to be signed for, so you may prefer to give us a different address, other than your home address, such as your work place or a friend.
- Please note that as all packages must be signed for we do not send to P.O boxes.
- All orders are sent in discreet plain packaging, however please note that for delivery purposes our return address (21 Ashey Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO33 2UW) will be shown on the parcel..
- We pride ourselves on our quick and accurate delivery service. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Additional charges will be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address. In the unlikely event of a problem we will contact you straight away by email.
Gift box charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Replacement items requested will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain any gift box received with the original order.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return and the difference will need to be paid for by credit card before the item will be dispatched.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. Please also pay particular attention to perfume and smoke damage, lipstick and deodorants marks We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. All tags and labels must be intact.
Please also note that returns on hosiery or gifts cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. Certain products, including jewellery and thongs, are also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons - this will be indicated with the product information. Items sold as a set can only be returned as a set.

Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and we must receive any returned items within this time. However, to allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, the following exceptions apply:
- Christmas gifts ordered from November onwards may be returned up to the end of January.
- Valentine's gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to March 15.
(Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in our warehouse, so please allow sufficient time for your goods to reach us)
If a customer chooses to cancel their lingerie order once payment has been made, the following rules will apply:
If the seamstress has not begun making the garment, the customer will incur a 20% handling charge (to cover admin, banking, merchant charges etc.).

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes arise in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By purchasing items from this site you are signifying your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with any of the information in these pages, please cease your use of this site.
Privacy of Data
Heavenly Lingerie promise that there is nobody more important to us than you and that we will provide you with absolute shopping privacy. We will never exchange, rent, or sell your personal information to any third party.
From time to time we may provide statistical information about sales, trading patterns, and navigation techniques to reputable third parties. This will simply comprise data collected about you and other users to form aggregate results, which will build up marketing profiles, aid strategic development, audit usage of the site. It will not include any direct personal information that identifies you as our customer.
This information will not be used for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt in to our mailing list, in which case such materials may be sent to you by Heavenly Lingerie, but not provided to third parties.
The personal information collected is that given at the time of order and will be used simply to process your order. Personal and financial information is protected by Worldpay secure servers.
