Gift box charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Replacement items requested will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain any gift box received with the original order.
All made to measure and made to order lingerie and jewellery cannot be returned, so please order carefully to avoid disappointment. We can only alter a Diki or a Jane Woolrich garment to make it smaller, but the designer cannot make it larger. All other made to measure or made to order items cannot be altered. If there is a manufacturing fault we will need to return the lingerie or nightwear to the designer for repair or to have the item re-made. Customers will not be entitled to a refund.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return and the difference will need to be paid for by credit card before the item will be dispatched.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. Please also pay particular attention to perfume and smoke damage, lipstick and deodorants marks We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. All tags and labels must be intact.
Please also note that returns on hosiery or gifts cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. Certain products, including jewellery and thongs, are also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons - this will be indicated with the product information. Items sold as a set can only be returned as a set.
Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and we must receive any returned items within this time. However, to allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, the following exceptions apply:
- Christmas gifts ordered from November onwards may be returned up to the end of January.
- Valentine's gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to March 15.
(Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in our warehouse, so please allow sufficient time for your goods to reach us)
If a customer chooses to cancel their lingerie order once payment has been made, the following rules will apply:
If the seamstress has not begun making the garment, the customer will incur a 20% handling charge (to cover admin, banking, merchant charges etc.).
